So, it's become apparent that I am not able to get by on just juice and still be able to work normally. I've added one meal to my day that consists of vegetables, fruit and occasionally flax bread/crackers and brown rice. I will only eat a meal when I feel extremely hungry and weak.
I decided this yesterday evening when my hunger/weakness led to me making some flax bread, which I ate with some sliced cucumber dressed with tomato basil vinaigrette and ketchup.
This is not a good time for me to go through a full detox and feel the way I felt on days 7 and 8. I have to work seven days a week and meet a certain quota each day in order to pay my bills, so a juice fast in the truest sense will have to wait until I create more passive income and can afford to be bed bound for several days until I feel better.
Today I ate some veggies - broccoli, kale, carrots dressed with tomato basil vinaigrette and a little sriracha sauce.
I also made juice as usual.

So, while I may not lose weight as fast as I want by incorporating 1 meal back into my day, I think this will be easier to stick with and will stop me from dreaming about burgers or daydreaming about ordering pizza like I have been the past few days on the fast.
