Juice Fasting Day 4

So yesterday was the first day I truly juice fasted. No solid food at all...just juice.

My brain was working overtime trying to convince me to order a pizza or eat a carrot or something solid, but I was determined to overpower these urges and I did.

I watched videos on YouTube about obesity, juicing and health to keep me focused on why I am doing this. Watching videos other people have posted while on juice fasts helped a lot. So many people saying that the first few days are the most difficult and that it gets easier makes me want to pull through the hard times and get to the good.

Also seeing how happy and energetic people on Day 10+ of their juice fast were makes me want to get there because lately I have been anything but happy and energetic.

I also have tied an important additional goal to my first juice fasting/weight loss goal. I have a project that I have been working on that I am anxious to complete and share with people, so I told myself that I would complete and share that project once I get to a weight of 230 pounds.

It is very important to me to finish this project and put it out into the world, so tying this goal to my weight loss goal gives me extra incentive to keep going.

I didnt weigh myself today because of the previous 3 days where I wasnt truly fasting. Check out Day 5's post for a weigh-in.
